We establish personalized programs to help you achieve and sustain your health and fitness goals. With a unique prescription based on your own personal body composition, you’ll address your strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances to align with your daily lifestyle. You’ll workout smarter, not harder, with our customized fitness plan. Your coach will give you the individual attention you need along with monthly assessments, program design, a customized nutrition plan, and lifestyle tips to help you live a fuller, happier life.
As an individual client, you may come in during any of our training windows that work for your schedule. A floor coach will welcome you, check in with you about your program for the day, and help you move through your workout safely while coaching you on your movement as needed. You’ll be able to follow your training plan in your personalized workout app, with demo videos for movements and places for you to record your results and notes and post questions for your coach if they’re not on the floor while you’re training.
You’ll have 24/7 access to our clean, friendly gym which has traditional equipment as well as a variety of fun tools to try to keep your training fresh and challenging for your own level of fitness. Amenities also include men’s and women’s showers, free WiFi, a proshop with supplements and apparel, bike trail access, and greetings from Luna, Lola, and Asher
