We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time. After completing the basic training course, individuals will be prepared to join traditional functional fitness classes. In these classes, participants will be executing a wide variety of movements with a large focus on proper mechanics. We are in no hurry to approach high levels of intensity; everything starts with mechanics and consistency. These classes will be great for beginners as all workouts are easily scalable, or can be made more challenging for experienced members. Movement efficiency is the main objective for everyone. These classes are perfect for individuals looking for a general physical preparedness program and to improve quality of life. We recommend members new to functional fitness to spend at least 6 months in Performance Group classes before looking to jump into more advanced classes.

Our Ninja Cat program is the medium for which you will see your kids develop into the best versions of themselves physically, mentally, and socially, all to better equip them in becoming long-lasting participants in the game of life. We use a combination of gymnastics, parkour, dance, bodyweight movements & more to build FUNdamental movement competency aimed to develop your child’s agility, balance, coordination, awareness, speed, and strength.
FIT45 is a program designed for individuals who consider themselves fitness beginners or for the individual looking for a challenging and rewarding exercise program without the intimidation of technical or high skill lifting and gymnastics movements. FIT45 is a safe, energetic, encouraging environment for exercisers from all walks of life. There are no pre-requisites, and we are currently running FIT45 as a six-week sessions that can be purchased separately from a Profectus membership, but the classes are included in an unlimited Profectus Performance membership.
The course consists of six 1-hour sessions where you’ll be introduced to functional fitness through discussions, movements, and workouts. The course has been constructed to slowly introduce you to functional fitness regardless of fitness level. We take you through our regularly scheduled class workouts with your own coach designated to keep you safe and help you learn. By the end of Beginner’s Course, you should feel comfortable with the movements and demands of any workout, and confident that your coach will be able to scale any workout to meet your needs. These classes are Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7.
