At Profectus Performance, we value a lifestyle approach to nutrition and wellness. We don’t believe in extreme or fad diets, we simply want to help you build the habits that will help you live a healthier and happier life.
When you sign up for our Profectus nutrition program, you’ll meet with our resident nutrition expert, KT Trombetta, and together you will assess your current nutrition status and set both short-term and long-term goals, and create an action plan to help you build healthy habits. Your nutrition plan will be customized to these goals and include daily reminders and habit checks, food suggestions, macro plans, metric and weight assessments, and regular meetings with your nutrition coach.

KT Trombetta graduated from Logan University with her Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Human Performance with a focus on Sports Nutrition in 2018. She is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer and has completed the respected Precision Nutrition coaching certification. She is a CrossFit Games athlete and has been involved in competitive athletics since the age of 8. She has a passion for working one on one with individuals who are motivated to live healthier lives. Her clients include adaptive athletes, competitive CrossFit athletes, runners, and recreational exercisers of all ages, shapes, and sizes.
