Physical activity is in decline. Childhood obesity, depression, and a sedentary lifestyle are on the incline. The current childhood generation is the first group of children who are not expected to outlive their parents… Wow! Absolutely crazy!

It’s time to change this statistic.  We have developed a program to do just that in Edwardsville, IL!

What is our program?

We make physical education, fitness & health FUN to set your kids up for a lifelong love of movement. Our program is the medium for which you will see your kids develop into the best versions of themselves physically, mentally, and socially, all to better equip them in becoming long-lasting participants in the game of life.

What do we teach?

We use a combination of gymnastics, parkour, dance, bodyweight movements & more to build FUNdamental movement competency aimed to develop your child’s agility, balance, coordination, awareness, speed, and strength.

Our Program Curriculum Includes:

  • Weekly lessons
  • Skills of the day
  • Structured & Unstructured Play
  • Movement Challenges
  • Nutrition Education

Ages 5-8: 45 minute classes  | Tuesdays @ 4:00 pm

Children will learn FUNdamental movements skills such as crawling, skipping, running, jumping, climbing, swinging, throwing and catching. Every class also includes gameplay, positive reinforcement, and team building.

You will see your kids learn to focus, listen, recall, communicate, and play with others. Your child’s confidence will grow with each lesson as they progress physically, mentally, and socially.

Ages 9-13: 55 minute classes | Tuesdays @7:00pm ; Saturdays @10:00am

The lessons & skills this group will learn include all of the above, but with more complexity while also including basic weightlifting. Lessons continue to include gameplay, positive reinforcement, and team building as well as more advanced discussions on what was learned, what is expected, and nutrition basics.

You will see your kids learn to lead by example and become model students inside and outside of our class setting. Your child’s confidence will continue to grow with each lesson as they progress physically, mentally, and socially.
