STRATEGY SESSION

We’ll begin with a strategy session. This is about YOU. With your professional coach, you’ll sit down monthly and discuss where you’re at, where you want to go, and what specific fitness and lifestyle solutions will be implemented to take the next step in your journey.

Customized Experience

We don’t just throw you in a class or make you do exercises that are too basic or advanced for you, our programs are built to allow flexibility and growth for the individual.  Each exercise in your program has multiple progressions and regressions. This allows us to customize your training program based on your goals, needs, and current ability.

Training

We help you achieve your goals through a program that can be customized for any age or ability level.  We focus on combining mobility, agility, strength, power, and endurance into one complete program. We also offer specialized options for general fitness, weight-loss, sports performance, strength training, olympic weightlifting, kettlebell training, and more depending on your specific goals.

Nutrition

We will assess your current nutrition status and set both short-term and long-term goals, and create an action plan to help you build healthy habits. Your nutrition plan will be customized to these goals and include daily reminders and habit checks, food suggestions, macro plans, metric and weight assessments, and regular meetings with your nutrition coach. 

Lifestyle

The gym is only 1 hour of your day. What happens in the other 23 hours? Optimizing your habits and behaviors that drive your nutrition, lifestyle, and recovery decisions helps us maximize the results you get from your time in the gym. 

Results tracking

Cutting-edge technology to track your progress in all areas: fitness, habits, nutrition, body composition. We deliver all of this through a single application, making it easier to stay organized and accountable. Your quarterly InBody scan will provide us with a more in-depth view of your progress.
