PERFORMANCE GROUP CLASSES
A TRAINING EXPERIENCE LIKE NO OTHER
These classes will be great for beginners as all workouts are easily scalable, or can be made more challenging for experienced members. Movement efficiency is the main objective for everyone. These classes are perfect for individuals looking for a general physical preparedness program and to improve their quality of life. We recommend members new to functional fitness to spend at least 6 months in Performance Group classes before looking to jump into more advanced classes.
Our performance group classes are programmed with individual differences in mind, and a coach to guide you through minute 1 to minute 60.
