Willie Moore
Willie Moore
Owner and Coach Willie Moore has been involved in the fitness and performance industry for over 10 years, and specializes in coaching our clients to competency in exercise while instilling in them the importance of quality movement for a lifetime of fitness and fun times.
"I am passionate about learning, living, and helping others; seeking out and taking in as much good information as possible and trying to live a life full of meaningful experiences while being a positive influence to those around me," he says. "What I love most about coaching is developing the coach/client relationship. I have a responsibility to keep our clients safe, help them reach their goals and have an impact on their well-being. Developing that relationship makes it easier to balance the difficult task of being their number one cheerleader while also being their most fair and honest accountability partner."
Willie participated in baseball, basketball and track through high school, and participated in track and field in college. "I am a much better athlete now in my 30’s than I ever was in college, which speaks to the importance of having a well-rounded fitness approach" he says. "These days, I am trying to be the Bo Jackson of recreational fitness; flashes of greatness with subpar endurance!"
In addition to coaching, Willie is working on a dissertation for a PhD in Performance Psychology, which takes up a lot of his free time. "Outside of that, I have an abundance of interests that can keep me busy. However, anything I can categorize as mindful outdoor activity I am quite fond of."

Logan Hursh
Katie Logan Logan Hursh
Logan Hursh has been CrossFitting for seven years and he specializes in gymnastics skill development and strength training and conditioning. When working with athletes, Logan takes a holistic approach to training by blending mindful movement practices with nutrition and recovery strategies. He is passionate about teaching kids, training athletes, and empowering everyone to be the best they can be.
Like most CrossFit coaches, Logan has diverse skills and a diverse athletic background! He played basketball and baseball at Fontbonne University (Division 3) in St. Louis. In 2010, when he began CrossFitting, he was deeply influenced by the methodology as an aspiring strength coach and he was immediately hooked on the culture and community that CrossFit creates.
Logan realizes as a coach, his role in the lives of athletes goes far beyond the walls of the gym. "My favorite part about coaching is developing athletes in life, not just in sport. I use gymnastics as a medium for character development and growth. The same lessons my athletes learn in the gym carry outside to relationships, citizenship, professionalism, and so on," he says.
When Logan isn't in the gym, you can find him practicing handstands, breathing in a sauna, taking cold plunges, or shaking up cocktails.
